The technological process of spring flocking thread generally includes the following steps:

Spring Surface Treatment

First, the spring needs to be cleaned and degreased to remove oil, dust, and impurities on the surface, ensuring that the flocking glue can adhere well. Special cleaning agents and degreasers can be used, and the treatment can be carried out through methods such as soaking, spraying, or wiping. Then, rinse it thoroughly with clean water and dry it.

Glue Application

Apply the special flocking glue evenly on the spring surface. There are various ways to apply the glue, and common methods include dip - coating, spray - coating, and brush - coating. In dip - coating, the spring is completely immersed in the glue solution so that the spring surface can fully absorb the glue. Spray - coating uses a spray gun to evenly spray the glue on the spring surface, which allows for better control of the glue amount and coating uniformity. Brush - coating is suitable for small springs or partial flocking, where a brush is used to apply the glue to the required flocking areas.
