Products Description

Structural Composition of the Planar Reciprocating Automatic Painting Line

  • Spraying System: It is mainly composed of spray guns, paint supply devices, etc. The spray gun is the core component. Appropriate types and specifications can be selected according to different spraying requirements, such as air spray guns, electrostatic spray guns, etc., which can evenly spray the paint onto the surface of the workpiece. The paint supply device is responsible for providing a stable paint supply to the spray gun to ensure the continuity of the spraying process.

  • Reciprocating Motion Mechanism: It is usually composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a transmission device, and guide rails, etc. The motor drives the transmission device through the speed reducer, making the spray gun or the spraying head move in a reciprocating straight line along the guide rails, thus achieving uniform spraying on the surface of the workpiece. The speed and stroke of the movement can be adjusted according to the size, shape of the workpiece, and the requirements of the spraying process.

  • Conveyor System: Common forms include belt conveying, chain conveying, or roller conveying, etc. Its function is to smoothly transport the workpieces to be sprayed to the spraying area and send out the workpieces after the spraying is completed, realizing continuous production operations. The conveying speed can be matched with the speed of the reciprocating motion mechanism to ensure the spraying quality and production efficiency.

  • Control System: It is generally composed of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and an operation interface. Operators can set spraying parameters through the operation interface, such as spraying speed, spraying time, number of reciprocations, etc. The PLC controls the operation of each component according to the set parameters to realize the automated spraying process. At the same time, the control system also has functions of fault diagnosis and alarm to facilitate the timely discovery and solution of problems in the operation of the equipment.

Working Principle

First, place the workpiece to be sprayed on the conveyor system, and the conveyor system will uniformly transport the workpiece to the spraying area.
When the workpiece reaches the spraying position, the reciprocating motion mechanism drives the spray gun or the spraying head to move reciprocally on the surface of the workpiece. During the movement, the spray gun evenly sprays the paint onto the surface of the workpiece according to the set parameters.
After the spraying of one side is completed, the conveyor system moves the workpiece forward by a certain distance, and the reciprocating motion mechanism is started again to spray the next area of the workpiece. This cycle continues until the spraying operation of the entire surface of the workpiece is completed.
The sprayed workpiece leaves the spraying area with the conveyor system and enters subsequent processing links such as drying and curing.
