Coating Process

The PLC control system precisely controls the spraying pressure, paint flow and spraying time to ensure uniform coating thickness and no sagging, bubbles or color difference.

  4. Rapid Curing: After spraying, the parts are sent to the curing room. According to the type of paint, hot air curing or UV curing is adopted to quickly dry the coating, improve the hardness and adhesion of the coating, and shorten the production cycle.

  5. Inspection and Unloading: After curing, the parts are inspected for coating quality (such as uniformity, color and appearance). Qualified products are unloaded manually or automatically, and unqualified products are processed separately. The whole process is completed automatically, with high efficiency and stable quality.
