Process of Oxygen Cylinder Powder Coating Line
The oxygen cylinder powder coating line is mainly used for standardized powder spraying of various oxygen cylinder bodies. Its core function is to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of oxygen cylinders, ensure safe use and optimize the appearance. The whole process adopts full-automatic closed-loop control, complying with the production standards of special equipment. The core processes are introduced in order as follows:
1. Loading: Special manipulators/hoisting equipment grab the oxygen cylinders and hang them stably on the conveyor track, avoiding direct manual contact to prevent scratches and fingerprints on the cylinder body and ensure firm suspension.
2. Pretreatment: Successively complete degreasing and deoiling, water washing, pickling and derusting, neutralization, surface adjustment, phosphating/ceramization to remove impurities on the cylinder body and enhance the adhesion of the paint film; then dry at a constant temperature of 100-120℃ for 15-20 minutes to ensure no moisture residue.
3. Electrostatic Dust Removal: High-pressure electrostatic dust removal guns blow comprehensively to remove fine dust on the surface of the cylinder body and ensure the cleanliness of the spraying surface.
4. Automatic Powder Spraying: Automatic electrostatic spray guns realize 360° dead-angle-free spraying, which is divided into two steps: primer (enhancing adhesion) and topcoat (optimizing appearance and protection). After each spraying, it is leveled at room temperature to control the coating thickness and ensure no defects.
5. Curing and Drying: Cure at a constant temperature of 160-180℃ for 25-35 minutes in a tunnel-type curing oven to completely cure the powder paint film and improve the protective performance.
6. Cooling: Combine natural air cooling and forced cooling to cool the oxygen cylinders to room temperature, avoiding paint film damage and personnel scald.
7. Unloading and Inspection: Inspect in accordance with the standards for special equipment, check for appearance defects, test the paint film performance, package after passing the inspection, and rework unqualified products.
