Intelligent Drying Line

The intelligent drying line is a high-efficiency drying equipment that integrates intelligent technologies such as AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) on the basis of traditional drying lines. It is mainly used for dehydration and drying of materials in industries such as food, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. Its core features are "automatic adjustment, remote control capability, and low fault rate", which can significantly improve drying efficiency and product quality.

It has three key intelligent functions: First, intelligent temperature control. It is equipped with built-in sensors to detect the moisture content of materials in real time and automatically adjust the temperature and drying time. For example, when the material moisture content is too high, it will automatically increase the temperature and extend the drying duration to avoid under-drying or over-drying. Second, remote control. It allows real-time viewing of drying data (such as temperature and speed) via a mobile APP or computer, and also supports remote startup/shutdown of the equipment and modification of parameters, eliminating the need for on-site supervision. Third, fault self-alert. When the machine malfunctions, it can automatically identify the problem (such as a damaged heating tube), send alerts via sound-light signals or APP notifications to remind maintenance personnel, and reduce equipment downtime.

Compared with traditional drying lines, it is more energy-efficient (usually saving about 20% of energy) and labor-saving. The quality of the dried materials is also more stable. It is suitable for large-scale and refined drying production scenarios, such as processing dehydrated vegetables, drying electronic components, and drying pharmaceutical raw materials.
