  • Single-axis Lifting Mechanism: This is the core component, usually consisting of a motor, a speed reducer, a lead screw, or a servo motor nut, etc. The motor drives the lead screw to rotate through the speed reducer, causing the nut to move up and down linearly along the lead screw, thus achieving the lifting of the lifting platform or workpiece fixture connected to the nut. This transmission method has the characteristics of high precision and good stability, enabling accurate control of the lifting height and speed.

  • Lifting Platform or Workpiece Fixture: It is used to carry the workpieces to be coated. The surface of the platform is flat and has a certain load-bearing capacity, which can be customized according to the size and shape of the workpieces. The workpiece fixture can fix the workpieces more precisely, ensuring the stable position of the workpieces during the lifting process and facilitating the uniformity and accuracy of powder coating.

The rotation of the lead screw drives the nut to move linearly. Since the nut is connected to the lifting platform or workpiece fixture, they are lifted and lowered vertically.
