Shot Blasting and Cleaning Part: The shot blasting machine is the core equipment of this part. It accelerates and throws the shot onto the surface of the steel structure through a high-speed rotating impeller. By utilizing the impact force and frictional force of the shot, it removes impurities such as rust, mill scale, and oil stains from the surface of the steel, enabling the steel surface to achieve a certain degree of roughness and cleanliness, and providing a good foundation for the subsequent painting process. Shot blasting and cleaning can enhance the adhesion between the steel structure and the coating, improving the anti-corrosion performance and service life of the coating.


Painting Part: It includes equipment such as a painting booth, spray guns, and a paint supply system. The steel structure that has undergone shot blasting treatment enters the painting booth. Under the operation of the control system, the spray guns evenly spray the paint onto the surface of the steel structure. The painting booth usually has a good ventilation system, which can promptly discharge paint mist and volatile organic solvents, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the working environment.
