Structure of the Automatic Chain Painting Line
Chain Conveying System
This is the core part of the automatic chain painting line, consisting of components such as an electric motor, a speed reducer, sprockets, and a chain. The electric motor drives the sprockets through the speed reducer, causing the chain to circulate on the track. This realizes the continuous conveying of the chain, enabling the chain to pass through each painting process in sequence.
Painting Booth
It is an enclosed space for painting operations, equipped with painting equipment inside, such as spray guns and painting robots. The painting booth is usually made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, having good airtightness. It can effectively prevent the leakage of paint mist. At the same time, it is equipped with a ventilation system and lighting equipment, providing a safe and comfortable environment for the painting work.
Paint Supply System
It includes components such as a paint storage tank, a stirrer, a filter, a transfer pump, and spray guns. The paint storage tank is used to store paint. The stirrer can prevent the paint from settling, ensuring the uniformity of the paint. The filter can remove impurities in the paint, ensuring the quality of the paint being sprayed. The transfer pump transports the paint from the storage tank to the spray guns, and the spray guns evenly spray the paint onto the surface of the chain.
Drying System
Generally, it adopts the methods of hot air circulation drying or infrared drying. The hot air circulation drying system heats the air and makes the hot air circulate in the drying chamber, enabling the paint on the surface of the chain to dry quickly. Infrared drying uses infrared radiation to heat the chain, making the paint cure rapidly, which has the characteristics of fast drying speed and high efficiency.
Working Principle
The chain to be painted is placed at the starting position of the chain conveying system. As the chain rotates, it gradually enters the painting booth. Inside the painting booth, the spray guns or painting robots perform painting operations on the chain according to the preset programs and parameters. The movement speed, painting angle, and paint spraying amount of the spray guns can all be precisely adjusted through the control system to ensure that the surface of the chain can obtain an even and consistent paint layer.
After the painting is completed, the chain continues to enter the drying system along with the chain conveying system. In the drying system, by controlling parameters such as temperature, wind speed, and drying time, the paint on the surface of the chain dries and cures rapidly, forming a firm paint film.
The chain after drying is finally conveyed to the end of the painting line, completing the entire painting process. Then, the next round of feeding and painting operations can be carried out to achieve continuous automated production.
